The property itself is pretty shabby. The man at the desk was helpful and responsive. We asked for a quiet room and got one. There were no extra blankets in the room; the air conditioning called for that. Breakfast was meagre...coffee ok.

The location alone was amazing. All the stores are within 5 mins. The room was clean. My boys enjoyed there stay as well. The pools where definitely fun

Shower squeals the entire time you’re in it. The shower still had hair and stuff in it. They got rid of the breakfast buffet and now you only have a platter option with a lot less choices. Seems like they have cut costs and do everything as cheap as possible since being bought out. A third of the arcade games aren’t working now out of order or not working. Online it says arcade opens at 10am, they removed the signs at check in for the arcade so I guess they open it whenever they choose.

Great price, friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast, nice cozy suites and indoor pool. Me, my husband and four children loved our stay here. We can't wait to come back again.

Very pleasant stop in our way to Canada driving from Florida. The front desk was super nice and helpful. The suite was perfect and super clean. The breakfast was good with good choices and variety. Super quiet in a best keep secret gem town of Queensbury Glens Falls/Lake George Area.
