The staff was absolutely wonderful, we had a week at Disney and we loved the hotel. A lot of restaurants and everything was in close range. My wife and I will be back in February for The Daytona 500 and we can’t wait to already go back!

I liked that it was central to the attractions like universal studios and Disney. Some at the front desk was helpful especially a male forget his name, but very helpful. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that we couldn’t use the gym because it’s for VIP guests only. So I had 3 rooms booked for my family and my sons wanted to use the gym and was told they could not. When I booked, there was no restrictions about the gym. Hence my takeaway of 2 stars.

Great room had the king suite, very spacious and accommodating

We stayed in one of the cottages and it was just perfect. The fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a master suite was perfect for my parents. I appreciated having the laundry upstairs with the other bedrooms. The staff at the main building were so helpful with our packages and printing documents for us. Unfortunately we had a very busy week and could not enjoy the wonderful amenities of the resort. Overall, a great selection and would start again!

I have stayed here twice now and both times I was surprised at how well it was maintained. The rooms were always clean including the bathroom ( first place I go in any hotel) the staff was incredible when I checked in after 11pm the gentleman was so kind and patient and I dealt with another gentleman the following day as I forgot my hotel key in the room he quickly was able to make me a new one after a very long conference day for my job.! I didn’t use any of the services like breakfast or the laundry but I will definitely stay again any time I am in Orlando 😁.

Super happy with our stay. Parking garage has Tesla chargers, plus! Staff was very friendly. Room and hotel were clean. We did not visit the restaurant/bar. I will be staying again and highly recommend!
