Amazing place to stay however the only thing annoying is that when you want room service you have to order at the bar which defeats the purpose of ordering room service, you might as well eat in the restaurant. This was advised to me by front staff. But overall, worth the stay.

Not much on the menu, fairly basic food, but drinks okay, there one bar/restaurant. Rooms nice enough with comfortable beds and furnishings good, just in need of a little maintenance, e.g.basin tap wonky, shutter in bathroom broken and the bathroom is too dark. Otherwise a fine Hotel.

we had booked for 2 nights but Air nz cancelled our flights at the last minute so we missed staying for these 2 nights. Tanoa kindly let us transfer the booking to friends in Apia as the booking was non refundable. They said they had a nice stay but I dont know the exact details

Overall our stay was very good. However the smoking area is too close to the dining area and no mosquito nets. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent and location too. Live music also good. Lovely outlook of gardens from our room. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Tanoa was amazing. Our room was spacious and clean, the staff are all so friendly and provided great service. Breakfast options was okay but loved the egg station where you can request how it’s made; so good and hot. The only con was their beef burger for lunch was lacking and juice at breakfast was never cold enough. Location is great, the sea wall is right in front of the entrance and the shops are within walking distance.
