Very friendly staff, pools were excellent! Handy location to town. Room was very spacious although most buildings seemed a little old and tired. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Would have been great to have some other areas for kids like small playground, games room or table tennis.

Aggie Grey was a home away from home!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful, the front desk has remarkable customer service and when presented with a challenge they always have a solution. When my family and I return we will be back to see our Aggie Grey family.

The rooms in the main building need a major makeover. The bath tub is so old and rusty looking. The lift on level 2, the lift panel been out of order for the whole duration of the stay

Beeakfast is terrible. Staff need more training especially the kitchen chefs in the egg section. One pan in use when so many guests waiting. Also the food selection need an upgrade. Staff need to be on top of refilling and replenishing the food. So many staff on shift but clueless….

We love our stay with Sheraton, everything was perfect started from the securities, valet, front desk reception, house keeping, room service, food and beverage dept and all of the staff we come across are so friendly and have the Aloha/Talofa spirit to welcome us when ever we see each other. Advertised as a 5 star resort. Probably closer to a 3 star. Limited dining and no facilities apart from a pool. Food was not very good to be honest for the price you were paying. Expect more for a 5 star rated hotel. Very limited and slow service. Staff were extremely friendly however and always had a smile of their faces.
