Apache Junction Vacation Packages

Internet was out our first night. No staff member let us know it was back up. I had to ask the second day of our stay and a staff member came to our room to fix it. Our first night we were also woken up by the fire department. Apparently the blow dryer the hotel provides, caught on fire at 1am in the room next to us. We were never notified there was a fire. We just woke because of the noise. The room wasn’t bad it was just poorly lit. One lamp was loose and after the previous fire, I unplugged it. One thing that is amazing it the view. There is also a cute viewing deck that you can sit and watch the sunset.

The place was nice but our room wasn’t ready for check-in at 4 PM. Apparently the guest before us had a late checkout at 4 PM which seems to be a process flaw. We had dinner reservations at 5 PM so this was a pretty big problem in the staff didn’t seem to care much or offer any accommodations.

Unfortunately we had an unfortunate experience as the smoke detectors went off all night long and NO STAFF ON PROPERTY after 8pm !! I had to call 911 as we were afraid there was a fire in the resort. Unacceptable !!!! Felt bad for the receptionist as she was the only employee working during the day .

Nice stay

Lovely property. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful touches from fresh baked bread, snacks, drinks, made to order breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were also wonderful. I highly recommend staying here!
