We had booked Grand Park Lara after hearing positive reviews from family members. However, we arrived at the hotel half an hour after the check in time began and were told our room was not ready due to our requests - we hadn’t made any specific requests with regards to our room and were still waiting an hour later.

Thinks it's a 4 star hotel but more like a B&B in Skegness. Lots of issues, problems encountered ranging from unsafe / unsuitable power outlets, poor room up keeping, leaking air con to poor food and stray cats / dogs. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at, bar none. Will certainly be escalating and taking action against both the hotel, and Expedia as the travel agent/provider. Stay clear!

A Wonderful All-Inclusive Getaway! I recently returned from an amazing stay at this all-inclusive hotel, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help. One of the standout highlights of the trip was the food. The quality and variety exceeded all expectations. Whether it was the breakfast buffet, à la carte dinners, or the themed nights, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There was something for every taste, and I truly looked forward to every dining experience. The nightly entertainment was another pleasant surprise. It was lively, well-organized, and offered something new each evening—great performances that added fun and energy to our nights without being over-the-top. The hotel itself was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a priority throughout the property. Everything from the lobby to the pool areas and rooms was well maintained and inviting.
