The receptionist is so rude. When we arrived at the hotel, there is no smile, no greeting. We asked if the room was ready and we could check in earlier and we were told “no”, which is fine. We just hanged out at the lobby, we asked if we can use the wifi, the receptionist told us “no”. Everything “no”.

Location, parking, breakfast, clean and quiet.

So glad I chose this hotel. It had everything at a great price. My priorities were location- walking distance to old town, restaurants and beach- marina. We rented a car, so I wanted ease of parking as well. Just a 5 minute walk to own and free valet parking was a godsend. Room was clean, quiet, Air conditioning worked well. A beautiful huge buffet breakfast was included with the cost and they allowed us to leave our car parked at the hotel after we checked out until we were ready to leave. A+ experience.

miserable stay

Check in at the hotel was awful. The person on reception was unwelcoming and dismissive. We weren’t informed of the wifi code like other guests, welcomed to the hotel or thanked for waiting. When we eventually reached the front of the queue, we were interrupted by a man, who she proceeded to speak to at length in front of us, with no apology or acknowledgment. The whole intersection was rude and topped off by her saying that it wasn’t her problem she was busy. The hotel itself is pretty and clean with rooms spread across multiple buildings. Our room is not as advertised. We booked an economy pool view room. Our actual room is not in the building pictured. It is smaller than that pictured, It currently does not even overlook the pool, as there is undisclosed renovation work occurring. Our room was clean and well equipped with plenty of water for which we were grateful. Since our arrival time was known by the hotel, the room could have been cooled in advance it was roasting on arrival. Nothing notably eco-friendly about the establishment, single use sachets, very small plastic water bottles.

The property is beautiful and close to the airport however the air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't sleep with the heat. We had an early start fo the airport and didn't feel rested.

Great location. Lovely pool area. Room was modern and comfortable. If you need to be near the airport I would recommend. Only downside was the walls are very thin, a lot of noise from the room next door and my room was near the reception and there was constant ringing on the doorbell well into the early hours.

Good rest before flight back

At first, by mistake I got the room with street view - this is a loud option. After changing to swimming pool / garden view it was perfect.Very clean, nice and pleasant, with good parking and nice swimming-pool. 10 mins drive from the airport. Ideal for 1-2 days stay waiting for the flight back

Needed are reactively cheap hotel near the airport, this ticked all the box’s and then some. Lovely hotel, lovely staff, close to supermarket, lovely pool..all in all great.

Perfectly fine for a place to stay near the airport for an early flight. Quiet and peaceful grounds with a nice pool and restaurant. Breakfast in the morning was nice and organized. Staff was friendly enough and most spoke English. Our double room was tiny, and the rain shower head flooded the bathroom. Wouldn’t keep us from coming back though. Actually gave us a giggle.
