Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The toilet in our room was not working properly, and although we were told it was a water pressure issue, the problem continued the next morning. At checkout, we were informed that nothing could be done until a manager returned. There was also a strong sewer-like odor throughout the first floor, which we were told was related to a grease trap, though the smell was still unpleasant. When we followed up, we were offered 5,000 points instead of a refund, which does not reflect the value of a night’s stay. This experience did not align with the Hilton brand’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Disappointing overall.
