Everything was dirty, and the hotel staff were unhelpful. They kept complaining about my luggage, saying it was “too much” and that they were tired of bringing it to the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The only positive point was the lady at the reception. She was understanding and kind, and she refunded the remaining days of my booking after I left the hotel. I stayed only one night out of a five-night reservation.

Overall the stay was good. Staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel itself is clean, and services work well. There are places to eat around the hotel as well, and there is a taxi stand right across the street that is useful given that city center and old town are not particularly close. However, the ac in the room was giving off warm air and it was very hard to turn off, more importantly than that internet is not good. Especially considering the price, I would expect a good steady service, and it constantly had interruptions. That aside, its a good place to stay.

This Hotel hasn’t aged very well, but still offers clean rooms, reasonable cleanliness and an ok breakfast buffet. Front desk staff don’t speak much English and I unfortunately don’t speak Turkish. They are very friendly though and try hard. My room could use a good renovation, fixing the shower head, making sure all power sockets are firmly installed and a much better air conditioning unit. Breakfast was ok. Nothing spectacular but plentiful, although targeted at the local taste. So in short. Considering the price I paid, I got a good hotel.

Zimmer war ok. 3 Kritikpunkte: - Dass anlässlich der Buchung eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt wird - ok. Dann wurde der Zimmerpreis aber gleich dort abgebucht, und es war nicht meine Kreditkarte. Das ist nicht in Ordnung. - Anlässlich der Buchung wurde ein Parkplatz in Aussicht gestellt. Dass es mit dem Parken nicht so einfach ist - ok, geschenkt. Wenn ich aber mein Auto zum Parken "abgebe", dann erwarte ich, dass das jemand vom Hotel ist, der das Auto übernimmt. Und nicht jemand vom benachbarten Restaurant (der dann auch noch eine Gebühr verlangt, obwohl ich in seinem Restaurant gegessen habe...) - Frühstück: wenn dieses inkludiert ist, sollte es für Frühaufsteher, die vor der Frühstückszeit starten müssen, zumindest eine kleine Frühstücksbox zum Mitnehmen geben.
