Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
When I arrived, the bathrobess were extremely old, grey. The towels provided were equally worn out. I raised my concerns with the receptionist, but they were completely ignored. I eventually had to approach the cleaners myself to request better towels and some attention to the room.
The service at reception was particularly poor, especially from a lady named Rachel, who was unhelpful and dismissive throughout my stay. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority at all.
In the restaurant, I ordered a latte with oat milk, but was shocked when the waiter informed me they had simply boiled oat grains and added them to the drink instead of using proper oat milk – a completely unacceptable and unprofessional approach.
Overall, the standard of service and quality of amenities fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
