The bed linens looked like they may not have been washed, there was hair in the blankets and pillows. The beds were very uncomfortable. Stayed one night of my 4 night stay. Moved to a better hotel.

I was told that I couldn't get the room, which was due to my guest not being able to stay there. She told me i had to find another hotel to stay at. with my money tied up with your hotel, I had a hard time finding another reasonable hotel to stay at which wasn't infested with bed bugs. It was horrible to try and find another room in such short notice close to my work.

This hotel did not allow my son to check in and they would not refund my payment . I am waiting for hotels.com to reimburse me for this transaction as it was not our fault that the puffin in refused us and I paid for the insurance policy . I’ve already called hotels.com to file a complaint and have not received notice of refund . Please help

First of all while checking in the desk agent asked for a $250.00 room deposit? The room was small, the hot water barley worked, and the water had a distinct smell. Like rusted pipes. The property is in the Spenard area of Anchorage, meaning homeless all around. This is not a place worth staying at.. Terrible experience.

With this rate and rooms like premium quality this is best hotel in whole anchorage. Airport Shuttle is super quick to receive you. Area is nice. I was surprised by the room because same quality you would pay double the rate in the neighborhood.

No hot water in the building. The staff knew this when we checked in but did not tell us. We discovered the problem at 3 am when we tried to take showers before our early morning flight. We should have been told at check in so we could have made the choice to stay elsewhere.
