Terrible

Had to switch room. Our assigned room not clean with hair in sheets that were foldedd open. Disgusting. Could not stay there, checked out next day. Yuck. People were understanding and helpful but not an offset.

Need updating

The hotel room was very clean and the bed was great. The rest was the problem. Shower so small hard to move in. The AC didn't work and the room was very warm.the window didn't have a screen and anyone could climb right in with little effort. They gave me a small desk fan, which worked with window being opened. Their idea of breakfast was coff, juice, bread, yogurt, and hard boiled egg. There was one egg left at 615am, breakfast started at 5am. The stairs and rug where scary climbing up and down when raining.

The property and room did not match the pictures online when I booked. The bathroom door did not close. None of our windows opened. The sheets were stained. The hotel shuttle almost ran two red lights when he picked us up from the airport. I would not book at this hotel again.
