The bathtub was covered in mold and absolutely disgusting. Dont sleep on first floor bc you can hear everything people in room above you do. For over 300 per night, this was a terrible place

They charged me over $200 from I paid the app. This hotel was older, and only the office was new and updated. The bathroom tub had mold, and neither drain in sink or tub drained water. It was gross.

Room was very warm. The AC did not work. Lots of open windows in the rooms around our room, so I think it was a common problem. The lady at the front desk gave me a little bit of attitude when I let them know about the situation. Didn’t get a room change because they were full, no money back even though we were sweating trying to sleep.

Room 1123 has a damaged/broken thermostat. It was stuck at 78 degrees and airconditioner was not cool, so our stay was terrible, hardly got any sleep. TV Remote didn't work, went to front desk to get new batteries. Asked to be moved but there were no similar rooms. Reported bad experience to front desk in the morning, received no offer for reimbursement. I would like to get a full refund. We are return ostomers and have stayed at the Puffin in the past without problems, This time it sucked.
Airconditioner set at 60 was warm
Heater was on all the time, thermostat broken
Themostat broken, was off buyt kept heaer on, making sleeping in hot room a terrrible experience.

I was assigned an outside room and when I arrived, the window was open to an outside room. The room appeared to be clean when I started to unpack and use the restroom. The fan in the bathroom sounded like an airplane taking off. And when I opened the shower curtain. It looked like the mold had been growing for days. I shared this with the Hotel staff, I could not even take a shower.
