Overall, not a bad stay. My friends in the area stated this is not a good location though, so just be mindful of locking your things up and people around the property. Staff was great and the room itself was nice. Plenty of pillows and comfortable bedding. Bathroom was outdated and water ran out of shower easily.

Shuttle driver, fantastic. Desk staff unhelpful at checkin. Did not get room I paid for. Room smelled, shower floor slick and dangerous. Room a/c , heater not working, our car bumper damaged in parking lot. No floor mat on slick floor in bathroom. I reserved handicap room. Really bad experience.

Puffin Inn disappointment.

Your lobby was very inviting, but when I saw our room, I was appalled. Your sign at the hotel says Great rooms, Great prices. We paid $250.00 for a room that is comparable to a Motel 6.

It was close to the airport and the area where the Sea Planes take off and land. The restaurant Jinmi across the street was great for lunch or dinner. We had a bed to sleep in & a place to shower. Rooms were not well maintained and customer service at the front desk was lacking from time to time. I generally don't say never, so if it came down to it we'd stay again.

Small and very dated room, small bathroom, horrible uncomfortable beds, you feel like you’re going to roll out because bed is higher in the middle, pillows too thick and uncomfortable, AC didn’t work, no bathmat, seedy area, street noise. Staff not friendly and have no customer service skills. Don’t stay here!
