The hotel is within walking distance of phenomenal restaurants, shopping, etc. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view of cook Inlet from our hotel room was amazing! The mountains were so majestic! Incredible view to wake up to.

The staff was amazing Melissa and Emmanuel checked us in and were awesome. The pool was closed - which we weren’t told when booking but the front desk helped us with a sister hotel that allowed us to use their pool. We had a lovely breakfast. The bed was comfy and clean and the stay was restful. The bathtub hasn’t been cleaned and the mirror by the fridge had splatter stains on it that wasn’t great. Overall we had a good time and were right in the Rondy action

Staff was extremely accommodating when our room didnt have a working thermostat and outlets were being used for odds and ends due to renovations. Super awesome customer service. We also loved the easy accessible gift shop, which has everything you need for a family! Not just gifts - snacks, medical supplies, clothes, toiletries, etc. Awesome stay at the Hilton!

The phone in my room didn't work. I went to the front desk to arrange room service for the morning. I was told that wasn't possible. I was surprised a Hilton didn't offer room service. The toilette had not been cleaned after the previous guest. There was poop stuck to the bowl and pee and toilet paper in the bowl.
