My stay was great check in was fast but I was surprised by the $100 deposit and I still haven’t received it back. It’s been 5 days since my stay and I’ve been calling and calling and no one picks up the phone. I’ve called at different times of the day with no luck.

The room was standard, beds were fine. There was no refrigerator in the room which was a downside. Room was clean, but the tub drained so slow. Staff spoke very little so I cannot say anything about check in or check out. Decent location, but still a 20-30+ minute walk from Disney.

The hotel staff were friendly and fast. The rooms were clean and quiet. It was a short walk to Disneyland with a Starbucks on the way. Excellent hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.
