Service was poor. Made normal service requests that were not met. For example two bottles of shampoo in the shower, called and asked for one of the shampoos to be swapped out never happened, asked for extra pillows never happened. Property is starting to be run down and the room showed it.

Volleyball Tournament Stay

We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The location to the convention center was perfect. We were able to walk and get food. I love that they had water refill stations. Our room was clean and comfortable. Guest service was nice. An amazing experience.

Booked a room and went to check in. They said the room I booked wasn’t available due to being under construction. It was my birthday and I was trying to have a great day. They gave us another room with a Disney view and an upgrade. So they gave us a different room and I asked what was the price difference and if it had a couch she stated that it was an upgrade so it was a better view and more expensive. So we said ok and went up to the room. Let me tell you when I say that was the worst room I’ve been too! It was dreary looking and the view was of the pool area under construction. Nothing was accessible. No couch and bad vibes in that room! I should have known when we seen huge dumpsters in the front that it would be a disaster! We went back and complained and I was very disappointed in how everything was handled especially that it was my birthday. I’m still waiting for my refund and they still charged me $300 for the room plus parking and the deposit! We went to another hotel that was way nicer and $100 cheaper for a better room that I originally booked! Do your research people when booking because this hotel still has the same room I booked as available!
