Exceptional Stay at Hilton Hotels

I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who made check-in quick, smooth, and welcoming. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities I needed for comfort and convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were crisp and clean, and the bathroom was pristine with a strong shower and plush towels. I especially appreciated the small touches like complimentary bottled water, premium toiletries, and reliable Wi-Fi. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Whether it was the housekeeping team, concierge, or restaurant servers, every interaction was marked by genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Room was clean is the only thing I can say about this property, the front desk agent when we checked in was extremely rude, they over booked the king rooms and told me we had to be pushed to a double because we booked 3rd party, even though we made this reservation 6 months ago. And there is an awful ac sound that goes off through out the night.

The hotel staff was beyond rude. They weren’t helpful at all during the stay. The hotel was under construction and we were not told of this on Expedia nor when we checked in of the closure of the pools, Starbucks, and work in the lobby and on our floor.
