Clean room, nice staff, great walking distance to downtown Disney. The elevator was not the best, you had to push the door to get it to close all the way so it would work. And all the soda machines were down

Didn’t like that I was in a conjoined room . Just knowing there was a door there connecting to someone else’s room felt weird . I didn’t know the rooms came like that. Rug needs to be updated. Tv wouldn’t turn on, didn’t know why, turned out it was unplugged. Shower head needs to be cleaned. Loved the swans though that they make with the towels
