This property shouldn’t even be allowed to be open. AVOID at all costs. I spent an entire 3 seconds in the room before seeing 20+ cockroaches all over the room. I left immediately, and did not stay at the hotel at all.

Mini pool at the door

It was bad there was water everywhere from air conditioner and the smell was bad the comforter on bed had cigarette Burns everywhere you could not miss them it was bad when I complained to the front desk they said they would switch my rooms the following morning and handed me towels to soak up the water and the entrance of the hotel room I have never been so horrified

Extremely rude staff member almost got in a fight with me I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as I did here. Only reason I didn’t leave is because I had my computer in the room. I’d be very happy to get my money back.

Have stayed here numerous times & each time my stay was very pleasant. The property while rather meek and very unassuming is quite comfortable. The manager Alex has been very accomodating and been very diligent in his handling of any needs I mite have had. I have been pleasantly suprised and will make every effort to stay here again if Im ever in West Anaheim. Thanks to Beachside and all involved during my stay..... Sean M. C.P.I.M.

The sink and the fridge were damage. The sink was leaking and the fridge wasn't working. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. P.S. make sure you read the the section IMPORTANT INFORMATION under fees they ask for a $100 cash deposit when checking in. I missed that part. They do have an ATM inside.It charged me $3.50. Just FYI. :)
