What a great hotel. Location was excellent, accessible and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I want to specially recognize the outstanding security staff - Hesham Alhaji. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and attentive. He was very helpful in helping me navigate the street and gave me some pointers. His presence, experience and seniority gave me a real sense of security and peace of mind, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for your dedication and outstanding service Hesham! I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Very bad experience. The staff were super rude. Kept checking who is there to eat and i was told I could use the pool because I checked out 5 minutes before I decided to use it. Very nasty.
