The problem was the elevators were out and trying to find a place on my Apple or Waze. Did you not know where the hotel was? I had to call the hotel and they told me to just put in Cracker Barrel and I found it came up on my app so you need to do something about that.

The location was very good and getting in and out of the property with a snap. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and hot tub were not functioning during our stay. Management was very apologetic and there’s nothing the staff can do about it so that’s really neither here or there. Breakfast is very spartan- boiled eggs, bagels, and cereal. There was a major storm our first night which caused a significant leak in the bedroom window. We were moved to in nearly identical room immediately. The staff were all fantastic; they were very friendly and did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. It’s not a perfect hotel but it is definitely worth staying in for a day or two.

The room was clean. The bed comfortable. Was not told at front desk that elevator by our room was out of order. Carrying bags up stairs to 3rd floor was not easy. Bathroom needs a handle to make it easier to slide.
