The front of desk was excellent, however the Concierge was not helpful and did not go out their way to help to secure a tour for me. I had to spend quite a few hours sorting myself. Was very frustrating! The room was comfy albeit a little tored looking. No utensils or glassesavailable to use.

Great location close to convention center, Bridgestone & a short walk to Broadway. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.

Great location close to all the action on Broadway. Room was nice, even without windows on the interior room. Staff was helpful. All access went thru an app which worked well enough, though it did quit working one night and I had to re-check in to get it working again. Would recommend if visiting Broadway is your plan.

Room was not cleaned - shower leaked all over the floor - slipped and nearly fell hard but caught myself.

This hotel is beautiful and clean! We couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Comfy beds. The only thing we disliked was one rude/unhelpful valet when we arrived (that’s the 4/5). The front desk was so kind and helpful!

Staff were great , location was fabulous, hotel was excellent value for the price. We will always stay at this hotel when we visit Nashville.
