This is a lovely hotel, in the heart of Almaty. We enjoyed our time here, all except for the two lengthy power outages that seem to be a common affliction here. All-in-all a pleasant stay with comfortable beds, a decent shower, and a wonderful breakfast.

Helpful staff and a good location. Have stayed twice, and both rooms had at least partial mountain views. Breakfast was great, with lots of options. Ceramic, rather than plastic, mugs in the room could have improved the experience.

My name is Daeyoung Lee who stayed at your hotel on the 4th Nov. I paid for Taxi on the desk only one time. But it was found that your hotel charged twice. I guess the staff at reception desk charged the payment again when I changed the departure time.
