The hotel was dirty. The toilet was clogged. The phone didn’t work. No dial tone so had to go down to report the toilet and I was given a plunger and considering it was already clogged upon me checking in, maybe a maintenance person should have came up. The ice machine was not even plugged in but considering how dirty everything was maybe that was a good thing.
