This property is still being renovated but the room I had was excellent in all respects. Hanna, the desk manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The bar was well appointed and fun. The pool was clean and heated.

The room was clean and the area was quiet. The room was fine and could use a better carpenter but no concerns. The room lacked a shower curtain but all was well.

Breakfast was wonderful with porridge and berries, as well as hash browns to go with the typical cereal, bread, eggs, sausage, etc. Someone came around to take our dirty dishes and to check that everything was satisfactory. Great customer service there and at the front desk, ensuring to welcome us each time we came and went. Pool was nice and had some items to be able to play although without a hot tub was a bit chilly for me, the kids loved it though. There was a nice sitting area outside. I forgot to check it out after dark but would have been lovely. Room was great with 2 queens plus the pull out sofa which gives lots of daytime room as well as an extra bed at night. The only disappointment was that there was no laundry facilities but were able to make do.

I did not stay here. But Expedia charged me! They did not allow cats to stay and I did NOT stay here. Rebuking my charge for somewhere I did not stay! Thank you!
