Bad customer service

Hotel wasn’t bad with fairly clean room. Box spring was smashed on one corner so asked for another room and the got the adjacent room. Went inside and the handle to another room was busted and the locked was lock so tried to lock it which it wouldn’t go but the guy on the other side started yelling no like he thought I was breaking in. Pool was ok and breakfast wasn’t decent. Overall all stay was ok. Fan in the bathroom would have been nice. Smelled fine but could have used another blanket then the little quilt and sheets.

I have sayed here in the past without any concerns but somewhere in the past couple of years, the property has declined. Do not book a room here. The property is not safe with many unsavory people hanging around the outside of the building and in the parking lot. The room was in poor condition and felt unsafe. I checked out promptly without staying the night as I had major safety concerns for myself and my vehicle in the parking lot.

Our room was really clean and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast was great and the cheese/vegetable bar was a nice tough. It was great to have a Pizza Hut and a Mexican restaurant within a short walk. We've stayed there twice now and we are not disappointed. Plus, the price is hard to beat.
