The hotel is in a great location and the staff friendly. The hotel has poor air quality. We had rooms in two different buildings and there was residual cigarette smoke in the ventilation and people smoke on the property. It is an older property with old carpeting. So for folks who are sensitive to air quality I would not recommend staying here.

We like to stay where the hotel door is inside the building this area was not. The hotel itself was hard to find in the neighborhood. Albuquerque was a bear to drive in.

I stayed at the property for about 10 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable, so I didn’t have any major complaints. One thing to note is that there were quite a few individuals loitering nearby who appeared to be struggling with substance use—mostly across the street from the property. I also noticed a few people who looked like military or state police walking around, which felt a little unusual. Aside from that, everything was fine and I had no issues during my stay.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Good inclusive brekfast. Only drawback was traffic noise from the highway and quite a few homeless people near by. They did have a security guard on duty in the evening, nights and walkways were adequately lite.

Great staff!! We were given an upgrade, room was amazing. Unfortunately it was very noisy at night, and had several occasions where people were smoking marijuana outside of our room. That was all we could smell the whole time being there. I spent the whole stay suffering from allergy attacks and throwing up. When it was mentioned to the staff, it was treated as a no big deal type of situation. Maybe to them, but to me and my 13 yr old son it was a huge deal.....

Homeless outside. Limited parking to check in. Door was not secure on the frame. Very noisy by the interstate. Used bottle of lotion in the room. I had to kill 4 moths that were flying in the room when we arrived. Toilet paper was a new roll but looked like it had been laying on the parking. Horrible facility for the price!
