The woman who checked me in did not greet me with a smile and was very short and curt with me, she just wanted me to fill out the check in form and move on. That evening I discovered my key card didn’t work, I had booked for two nights, this I found very inconvenient, a different woman at the front desk assisted me, was a bit rude in her manner towards me and quickly reactivated my cards without any kind of apology for this inconvenience. The room I was given looked out over 12th Street, the traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. I would have asked for another room, but I was afraid to ask at the front desk due to the employees attitudes. I will never again stay at that Holiday Inn.

This is one of a few stays over the last couple of months. Each time we pass through Albuquerque while relocating over state we always make this our stop. It is just a nice hotel in a great location by I-40 and Old Town Albuquerque.
