What I appreciated was the decor and layout; it isn't the cookie-cutter motel with drab and colorless decor. It had a nice vibrant and creative feel to it. What I didn't like was the attitude of desk staff at check-out; she was unfriendly and cold to the point of rudeness. The check-in had gone fine with info offered and a pleasant and professional attitude. The food was good, but somewhat slow. Should it take 20 minutes to make Avocado Toast?

This is a very cute property. Well maintained, very clean and comfortable bed. Towels auper soft too. Unfortunately there are some homeless and was forced to valet in order to keep my car safe

The area is a little sketchy. Right across from a park with a large homeless population. The hotel is cute, but rooms are very small and the door separating the restroom is right next to the bed and clear. We called down to the restaurant to order food and was placed on hold several times just to find out that they were out of the entree we wanted. We did walk to a nearby sushi place that was very good.

Absolutely loved this place!! I stayed one night and I will 100% be staying again! The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. Used the valet and loved knowing that my vehicle was safe and secure. Had breakfast at the pool the next morning and it was delicious! Service was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for anything better!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming; however, when I asked about my Silver Member bonus, the front clerk did not know anything about it. The hotel is NOT a hotel; it is a repainted MOTEL with open-air doors facing a park filled with homeless residents. The neighborhood was unsafe, and the room smelled (or maybe it was the neighborhood coming through the one-inch gap under the door). The carpet in the elevator was dirty, there was no evidence of security, and a $ 20-a-night valet parking. It was extremely disappointing and misleading in the advertisements.
