Great staff, clean property, great value. Regular rooms have refrigerator only. Microwaves in suites. Located in the downtown area, so easy walking to shops. Fourth of July parade and fireworks were lovely. Small town feel.

Good room great location

Great hotel in Custer. The staff was friendly, great area out back to sit by fire pit or have breakfast. We didn’t swim but the pool looked great. Comfy beds, soft sheets and clean bathroom.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay with the family. The hotel is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, making it perfect if you're looking to unwind. There is ample parking available, which made arriving and unpacking completely stress-free. While there aren't many restaurants in the immediate surrounding area, the hotel itself features a nice, small indoor pool that the family really enjoyed. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing trip to recharge, this is a great spot!

Our stay was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, there was urine around the toilet, and one of the doors had a hole in it. The blinds didn't work, so the bright exterior lights shined directly into the bedroom all night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the noise was unbearable. We could hear the people above us stomping around like they were galloping, and they repeatedly banged loudly on the walls. We were woken up four separate times starting at 6:30 a.m. We contacted the host, but they were unable to move us to another room. The experience was so bad that we checked out and booked a different hotel instead. I would not recommend staying here. There are far better options if you're looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay.

Older motel was decorated like a cabin. It was clean. I didn’t open the tote that was in the room; it looked like it had sheets and towels inside. I suppose to facilitate a quick turn over. The person at the desk when we signed in … must not have been having her best day. To put it nicely.
