Kingsize bed we paid for was changed to two twin beds that were too small for us. Morning breakfast was a half an hour late because cook was late. Loud activity in hallway ran well past 3 am and we couldn't sleep. Staff was polite but it was an unpleasant experience.

The Staff was excellent. They took care of any issues we had with gladness and a positive attitude. If we were to return, we'd be pleased to stay here again. The things that were out of there control, they made every effort to make our stay pleasant.
