Disappointed.

Stayed in Comfort inn and suites before and was very satisfied. This one, not so much. Mold growing in the cracks of the shower stall, poor water pressure in the shower, TV guide didn't match the actual channels, and the elevator broke down, meaning I had to walk down from 3rd floor to breakfast area, and then back up (I have COPD) which was not good.

Price was decent enough but outside of property was something to behold. I wasn’t sure if the place was open as grass wasn’t cut and they had dead trees. Breakfast could be better; not much variety. Better off paying for one down the street. Absolutely no water pressure in showers. Room itself was clean and hallways too.

The room was fine as a place to crash for the night. We paid a little extra for the hot tub room, but upon seeing the hot tub, I was not interested in getting in. The bottom of the tub looked cracked, like you would scratch yourself on it. It also seemed like the original outer panels of the hot tub had been replaced? Our room was ok, but not in great shape- sagging ceiling tiles, patched holes in the walls that hadn't been painted over, tooth paste splattered on the bathroom mirror, etc. The whole hotel definitely had a musty smell as well. Not terrible, but I honestly wish we would've just spent a little extra and stayed somewhere nicer.

I called the night before our stay. To make sure that the pool was open. I was told 2 times by the man on the phone that the pool was open when we got there. It was not open.So we decided not to stay there. Unfortunately, we had already checked in so they would not refund our money. As of today, which is five days later, we still have not.He received a refund. I suggest highly not to stay here.

We stayed 3 nights, housekeeping never visited the room, so we ran out of towells, in room coffee, and tissues. We had to ask to have more towells. Trash was never removed from the room so we used to trash can by the elevator. The ELEVATOR seemed dangerous! It made a horrible, loud, vibrating noise as it came to a stop on the 3rd floor. Scared the crap out of us so we did not set foot in it again. The pool water was pretty cloudy so we chose not to use it. Water pressure was dismal. And if you prefer a rock hard extremely firm bed...this is the place for you. Only positive....the staff were very nice at the front desk.

We would chose to stay there again

Wall plug near bed is faulty and kept flickering. Annoying but we did let front desk know for future safety. All employees were kind and gracious. Room was well taken care of and clean.
