First they could not find my reservation. Then they put me in a smokers room, i asked to be moved, and they put me in a new non smoking room, that stank of smoke and had an ashtray... the room was dirty and therewas black hair in my bed...

This was a quick stop from Urfa to get to Nemrut Dagu. The hotel is modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.
