Our stay wasn’t bad for one night. The room definitely needs some updates. The beds were clean and comfortable. The ac was nice and cold. The room could have been cleaned a little more thorough. The staff were friendly. The hotel is in a great location. Close to everything.

Construction and lots of issues. Floor and bathroom not clean. Way too expensive for what it is currently. It will be nice one day but isn’t there yet

Staff were fantastic! Upon or first day at check in, we weren't quite satisfied with our original room. It was not on the lake side but by the pool. We wanted lakeside. After a 10 minute phone call and an on-site visit from staff, we had our room on the lakeside. Room was comfortable, had a good sized refrigerator and the tv was easily adaptable for Fire Stick Streaming. Wi Fi was great as well. It was a beautiful weather weekend. And lake front beach and view are awesome. Firepit, and free use of paddle boats, canoe. Plenty of comfy beach chairs. Not too crowded for a holiday weekend and all the other guests we interacted with were lovely. Also conveniently located between Lake George and Saratoga Springs so easy drive to get to either spot for dinner or horse track. Definitely recommend and hope to go back next year. Self checkin was very easy. Our door would not shut a couple of times but we figure it out .Nice decor Quaint town We had an issue with our AC but they fixed it right away. Bedding was very nice but bed felt like our heads were tipped down The floor was a little sandy. Very quiet area. Every communication was done by text. . We communicated with Daphne and she was wonderful!

What you said we found, we saw a good view of the mountains and you cleaned good when we came and everything we found was good and great, Thank you so much

We had such a wonderful stay at the Queensbury Hotel. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely and immaculately clean. The staff were great and the bar and restaurant were excellent! Our breakfast both mornings was superb! Everything was beautifully prepared and so incredibly fresh! The location was quiet and just a 20 minute drive to Lake George. So if you want to stay a little bit away from all the busy traffic on the lake, staying in Glens Falls was the perfect location!

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was well maintained. There was not even a single view of dirt buildup in the corners of the baseboard on the floor, one of the things I love is the design of the pulldown shades that are framed into the window. I will definitely be returning my issue. Honestly is the small television maybe it’s just because I have a movie theater in my home and 75 TVs elsewhere on my properties otherwise I give this place I will 1 million stars.
