It is a good hotel to stay but the shower design could have been better: if the water runs for long it overflows to other areas of the washroom/restroom and entry way. Overall, a great place to stay.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

Night staff was great and very helpful. The parking lot was very well lit and it felt very safe. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The manager at front was great explained everything in detail ...the rooms were great for price and all they have to offer is great ...we didn't go to bar so I cannot comment on that or the breakfast buffet . I can tell you people were enjoying the pool and the outside playground with their kids overall the hotel is a 4 because it is older and well maintained . I also want to note the room was clean great for price .

Our go to Houston hotel

The room is a little bit old but well-maintained. There are welcome chocolates and macarons, free snacks and drinks, which make us feel very welcome. Breakfast choices are not that many, but good.
