The staff was friendly and welcoming - especially the front desk girl with blonde hair and tattoos (I cant remember names). The room was very clean and the breakfast was good! Thank you!

The website shows a water park and the hotels website says that the water park is included when you stay in a room but that is not true. The heating unit on the wall was leaking so much cold air around it. Our room was constantly cold no matter what we did. I had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets to roll up and wrap around the edges of the unit.

Check in at 4:00 there was only one staff member at front desk with five families waiting to check in. Went to breakfast early and Breakfast was very busy only one staff member working. Both coffee pots were empty. Hot foods ran out several times. Yet three employees were behind the front desk talking.

The room was clean!! That’s a 5 star. The night staff was less than friendly. The room only had a light shade. No curtains or heavy shade to block out the light. Wife had difficulty getting to sleep with the light from the street lamps. Morning light woke us both up it was so bright.

Clean room, gym access was terrific. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many choices, but everything was hot and fresh. No complaints about anything and we plan to stay again!
