We checked in at 9:30 pm after a long day on the road and wanted to enjoy a hot tub. It said it was open until 10, but when we asked the front desk person said it was closed. The door was locked and the lights were off. She also was eating some of those red hot cheetos and had the dust all over her fingers when she was checking me in and handling my room keys. Not great. On a positive note, the lady who was running the breakfast the next morning was lovely! Everything in the breakfast room was clean and well stocked. She was friendly and cleaning the entire time we were in there. She deserves a raise!

Staff, your front desk person was extremely unfriendly, we came back around 6:00 am and wanted to find out some information and the gentleman with curly hair was in a undesirable mood, he threw the pen across the counter after we turned around looking extremely mad about something, i will not come back to your hotel again. The person who did our check in was amazing but your early morning person was bot fun and his behavior was unacceptable.

Hotel was clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok although the breakfast area was small. My only complaint would be nothing to do with the hotel or staff but with dog owners who can’t seem to clean up after their pet. It’s ridiculous the amount of pet waste there was outside the hotel in the grassy areas. Pet owners need to do better.
