This property was not what I expected for $100 a night. The elevator was out, the AC didn’t work in the room, it would turn on and automatically turn rt off. The room was not very clean. Will never stay here again.

Staff was excellent. The manager was extremely helpful and honest. My 7 year old grandson helping load up the truck opened his wallet to get room key. Not noticing that his money he was saving fell out and was in the grass. A few hours after we where headed back to ST Louis, he called us and said that he found some money by our room with an outside entrance. Reviewed his security camera and seen it fall out of grandsons wallet We made arrangement to get the $180.00 back. I return to Warren PA 4 to 5 times a year. I will always stay at the Quality Inn where we will feel safe and the employee6 are honest and respectful.

Nice Hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, nice breakfast in morning. My only issue is that the shower/tub water empties very slowly out of the tub, 2 rooms same issue in both.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke, mold and gas from the neighboring gasfield extraction. There were bare wires where the smoke detector should have been. The shower and toilet both had slow running drains. The bathroom door lacked a latch. My wife and I were awoken by a leak in the ceiling early in the morning. We guessed it was the room upstairs shower leaking through and onto the nightstand. We also think the hotel has some long-term tennants that kind of roamed around the property. Nothing bad happened, but it was very strange and a little sketchy. As mentioned above, the hotel sits next to a small gas field with well pumps running 24/7. This leads to a constant and present smell of gas. All in all: if you can - stay somewhere else. This place is not a good option.
