Went to a Great Ska Fest concert in the 911 Great place to stay for a night out! Upgrade to a larger room only $15 extra super happy with the hotel! New appliances clean comfortable everything we needed for a night out in the city

In the heart of downtown so everything was very walkable. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Downside of this is that, because it’s very busy, it is quite loud as it’s on a Main Street, but this is expected being in downtown. We were woken up a few times as there was a large commotion outside. Room was newly renovated, but could improve on cleanliness, specifically the bathroom. Pink mold and regular mold all along the shower. Staff was great and super friendly. Also worth noting is that the parking is down the street and it’s not underground (and you have have to pay).

Great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the Wharf and Chinatown. Staff were excellent and accommodating. We wanted to check-in early after a long early flight and they did everything possible and got ua checked in two hours early. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We arrived on the morning clipper from Seattle and the hotel stored our bags free of charge until check in at 4pm. This allowed us to explore Victoria right off the bat! At the end of our stay, the staff once again stored our bags until we needed to go on the evening clipper ride. The staff was very nice and even checked in on us a few hours after we checked into our room!
