Got charged 100$ deposit because I had went to bed with make up on and it transferred into the bedding…… The make up comes out in the wash, so I’m not sure why I was charged. The note on file states “yellow marks on bedding”…… this place has marks all over the walls, garbage under the bed, people screaming and yelling outside at all hours of the night, the bathtub doesn’t drain properly and I didn’t say anything because it’s a cheap place. But to get charged for make up on bedding is robbery.

Friendly staff. Clean. Located downtown (but on the edge). Spent 17 days there while waiting to lease an apartment in Victoria. Husband worked remotely from room and wifi was okay. Costellos coffee next door is wonderful. I would stay here again.
