Our stay was great but the condition of the room was poor. I stayed in the Laurel wing and it was looking very dated and the blackout curtains where broken, I was able to temporarily rig them every night but I don't want to be doing that on vacation. The staff where very helpful and plesent and the pastries at the bakery are delicious!

Perfect!!

Very nice modern hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Beds were quite comfortable with nice linens. The cleanliness was impecable. Beautiful views of the harbor and even a little park along the water to relax. Location is great for a walk along the seawall or quick walk to downtown food and shopping. Only minor thing was that the AC didn’t seem to coordinate with the thermostat and was a bit warm set at even 68! Would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Stayed one night and it was great! Free upgrade to our room, valet parking was the same price as self parking. The food at Aura was amazing and all the staff was super friendly! Easy walk to downtown Victoria, about 15 minutes by the water.

We didn’t dine here as it was out of our price range. I loved our room, amazing view. I found it was a little further from the action and shops in Victoria but it was quiet so that’s the trade off I guess. Kids loved the pool, I would’ve liked a hot tub for myself and partner. Great service from the staff.

Pets must stay on the first floor which is fine but doesnt allow for a nice view from your room. We had to switch rooms because our carpets were wet in our forst room. Our second room was perfect though and we had a little bit of a harbour view. Hotel lobby is stunning and the location is amazing. The staff were accommodating and very kind and friendly. Would stay again but without a dog so we could take in a better room view.

Booked the ocean view but see nothing but building and puddle. The staff kept saying I am looking outer harbour ocean view when I see nothing but boats on water and building. The staff offered me to pay 30 dollars more in order to get the ocean view. After total of 400 dollars later I get the actual ocean view. Don’t advertise it is ocean view when there was none.
