This was a conveniently located, smaller hotel property that was clean and comfortable for a 2-night stay. The linens were clean and the beds were comfortable. While there was no breakfast facility within the hotel, directly across the street was an excellent little restaurant named The Spoon which offered both indoor and outdoor seating and menu offerings that were well prepared, generously portioned and tasty. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were very courteous and professional. We qould recommend this lodging to anyone wanting to visit this area "on a budget".

Very nice place, great staff. Rooms were nice, roomy, and quiet. Very happy with our stay. Not in the heart of everything but a short drive will get you to the harbour and marinas.

The staff was friendly and the room was updated. The car rental attached to the hotel and zero amenities in the hotel was disappointing. The surrounding area felt unsafe with drug paraphernalia lying around.

They were advertising daily housekeeping but there wasn`t any. Only had coffee for 2 cups of coffee for 2 people for 3 days and nowhere to buy coffee within walking distance. When there is no breakfast it is expected that they leave lots of coffee for visitors to have!

The room was clean and a nice size. It had a fridge, microwave and a coffee / tea maker, which was very convenient. The staff was helpful, and the bus stopped right across the street from the hotel. It was a little further from downtown than I thought it would be (30+ minute walk), but I don't mind walking so that didn't bother me. The hotel charges a deposit for damages and/or smoking, which is supposed to be released 48 hours after departure. I checked out 10 days ago, and the funds still haven't been released. I know I didn't smoke or do any damage.

Very clean hotel located in a convenient location for public transportation. Owners are very friendly and they let us leave our luggages there so we can take our last look before leaving Victoria. Highly recommend this place.
