Nice place. Stayed in the Annex building. Was very nice of the hotel to leave a bottle of Prosecco for our special day. Room was very modern, clean, spot on. Some things to improve… No wardrobe in the room :-( Was there for four nights and had to keep most of the stuff in the suitcases. Really limited storage… No internet on tv… Would be great to watch youtube, netflix etc when in the room… These could be great improvements, otherwise, a very nice place, would stay again

The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms were great and clean. Would 100% come back to this hotel. It is close to many things and only 3 min walk to St marks. Perfect place too go back for bathroom breaks cause it was so close to everything. The bakery was amazing too. The staff there was very happy to help and the pastries were delicious.

Great hotel! Great location, and the room was very clean and orderly. Fantastic staff. I would highly recommend using the hotel for transportation assistance if you’re flying out of Venice. Fair price and wouldn’t have made my flight if I didn’t coordinate through the hotel.

Room was clean. Bathroom, the most important thing, was clean. They don’t offer other than hand soap but that was ok. I am sad I forgot to ask his name but the gentleman at the reception was absolutely amazing! So nice and kind and helped us with everything we needed and ask. The bakery attached to the hotel offers delicious pastries, sandwiches and hot beverages. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and main roads for shopping, restaurants and cafes. I would def stay there again.

The hotel was clean and situated centrally. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean withe nice interiors. The bakery next door was nice offering a range of food items. The sitting space near reception was good for having food and sitting in the evening with friends. 10/10 I would visit again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Clean and cozy in a great location. Just a few minutes from San Marco Square, the Basilica, and the Doge's palace, this was the perfect place to stay for a first time visit to Venice. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Really easy to use the vaporetto to get to and from the train station using the Rialto stop.
