"A memorable evening"
The staff was friendly and everything was to our satisfaction. The attached restaurant had live entertainment and was a complete wonderful story by itself. Seldom have my wife and I felt so comfortable and welcome in a restaurant.

"Ciao! Cianfuran"
Ski trip Feb 2015. Last minute choice and very happy with it. Residence Cianfuran is located part way up the mountain just off the motorway leading from Turin (request snowchains as rental car may not have winter tyres) so very accessible (I would say a car is essential as nothing is available in Cianfuran.) The ladies at the front desk were great. Though our room didn't face the mountains (some do) it was very pleasant. Small discrete kitchenette (looks like a sleek cupboard until you pull the doors open.) But no kettle (aargh!) The rooms & landing in this part of the building (if think near the front) had a nice warm feel to them. The adjoining restaurant is run separately but is very much part of the place, with lovely food and atmosphere. The base lift at Campo Smith got very busy, but the runs were much quieter and there is some really nice intermediate skiing here. But Jafferau mountain, with its wide (upper) piste, was my fave. Overall, though initially some things did frustrate me with Bardonecchia (minor) I fell for the place. Residence Cianfuran won me from the minute we got there. Highly recommended. And will return!

"very good hotel close to slopes"
Very happy, but the corridors can be noisy with suitcases going up an down at all hours. All it would take would be to put carpet or some sort of a run on the tiles.

"Excellent location, lovely rooms, fantastic staff!"
I could not recommend this hotel enough! You will be greeted by lovely, cheerful reception staff and nothing is too much trouble for them. The maids cleaned rooms every day & if you didn't want to be disturbed in the mornings they would leave you a basket outside your door filled with clean towels & toiletries. There is a side entrance which is a short walk from the slopes & areas to store your boots & skis. We had friends staying in the Rock Noir hotel just 5 min walk away who came to see our rooms & they were gutted they didn't book with us as they were paying double for their hotel and couldn't justify the difference! Great balconies with mountain views & minibar quite reasonable. Bus stop just outside. The spa area is lovely to unwind. I cannot comment on food as we ate out every day. I would be excited to stay here again.

"En route to South of France"
An old village hotel in a pleasant setting just off main thoroughfare. We were well received and made very comfortable. The only issue that was of concern is that we were quite tired after a day's driving and the excellent evening meal had to be taken at leisure. We waited almost an hour before we got our first course in a small beautiful dining room which have every appearance of being adequately staffed. The delays may have been a result of the meal requiring the culinary skills of one particular chef.

"Great location for in-out skiing"
We came away with a great impression of the hotel, the manager(s) and staff were super helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. A good sized and quality hotel but also with a more personal family feel. Breakfast was great with plenty of options for the whole family and fresh omlets & crepes on demand. Good location for in-out skiing even early in the season when there wasn't a huge amount of snow in the resort. Getting into and out of the village was ok with the free local bus, 2 mins from the hotel but it stopped too early, at 7pm which made apres-ski and dinner options more difficult. We would definitely consider going back...

Vallouise is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Vallouise, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Vallouise hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
