The room next to me was playing loud jazz music at morning 4.30 am and I could not sleep well. When I reported this to the front desk they got it controlled. But I lost my good sleep and the front desk guys did not appear to be feeling sorry or concerned about what happened to me. I expect a full refund for this inconvenience caused to me

A Bed Sheet Situation

We had a very nice stay overall but the bed sheets were terrible. They were dingy and didn't feel clean. A top sheet was used as a bottom sheet which caused a tangled mess during the night. Why was there no fitted bottom sheet on the bed? The rest of the room was very comfortable and appeared clean and maintained. Other then the bed situation, the stay was very nice.
