Great stay, really clean. Only issue was that the room key system was down so they could not make me a room key, a staff member had to open me the door every time I needed to get in, it felt odd and made me a little nervous but everything else went fine.

When I checked in, they could not give me a key card or my room. Felt unsafe while I had expensive gear with me. Wasn't able to leave my room go do anything or buy anything cause I didn't have a key card and they didn't issue it. I feel like they should have helped or given me some sort of reimbursement as I was paying full price.

Everyone was very nice! Pool was amazing. Didn’t realize the room I booked didn’t come with a fridge, so it was a bit inconvenient. Good rate for a short distance to the parks 🙌

Room was very clean and so were the overall facilities including the pool. I did book the full-bed room which is very small, but for a single traveler staying for 1-2 nights, should be no problem. I hear the Queen bed rooms are larger. The GREAT part was the shower water pressure. Heavenly. Would consider going back just for that shower.

At about 12:15 AM, several loud sounding booms from near our first floor unit, woke us up. The very loud sounding booms continued intermittently for about another 10 to 15 minutes. A loud sounding television or radio, began and continued until about 12:45 AM. The Main Office was only one unit away from our room and should have heard everything that we heard. It was difficult to go back to sleep after this event.
