Clean modern room, the views from the room were spectacular, along with the views from all areas of the hotel. The staff was the friendliest, most professional staff out of all the hotels we stayed in El Salvador. Definitely worth the drive up. Room and hotel area 5 out of 5. The only con was some guests stayed up late in the jacuzzi, they were pretty loud late into the night. Other than that it was perfect.

This place is gorgeous, a mix of nature, beauty and relaxation. You can be laying down on your bed watching the lake and natural beauty without having to move. Or you can enjoy your coffee or dinner on your own balcony with the view of the lake below. If you need to just relax and enjoy nature with a side of luxury this is the place. The Restaurant is also beautiful with the view of the lake while you enjoy delicious food. And if the beauty of this place is not enough their people are also amazing, super sweet and friendly. My husband and I had an amazing time and will for sure be coming back with our children and their spouses.

When I arrived there was someone to assist checking me in. He also helped book atv excursion with the hotel. I will show to my room which was beautiful. I felt very welcome and the view is absolutely breathtaking. There is free breakfast included, which is always a plus. No matter where you go on the property, there are beautiful views. They made sure to check in with me to see if I wanted my room cleaned or just fresh towels. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The views were spectacular, and so was the food. Everyone was very kind, and the rooms were clean. However it is a more rustic than I might have imagined- not a bad thing just something to keep in mind. Also terrible WiFi unless you are staying in a unit right by the satellite.But still so beautiful and overall great experience.

The staff is very nice and attentive at all times of the day and even late nights. The view of lake is amazing! The rooms are very modernized and the restaurant has delicious food!! This is definitely a place to escape and decompress from the reality of home if you need it!
