This place was so dirty , I’m so grossed out. I stayed because I was going to a concert nearby and read the reviews. It genuinely needs a deep clean. It could truly elevate the experience. The sheets had stains , the walls had stains, and there was all kind of hair in weird places.

Empty body lotion, empty shower gel soap. I requested some and never brought to me. The man that assisted serving us breakfast use no gloves and used his cell phone. This should be a 2 star or one star hotel. I saw great reviews and expected a better experience

One of the guys at the front desk was not so friendly. Also, we were waiting for a room even though we arrived after check in. We were about the 2nd or 3rd group to arrive and they told us rooms weren’t ready. We sat and waited. While we were waiting, about 4 other families arrived. We waited about an hour and everyone who got there after us were getting their rooms, besides us, until I went up and asked for the 2nd time on the status. The guy looked shocked like he had forgotten we were there. I was so tired from the trip, I just needed a bed!
