We were sent to an underground parking when we pulled up and we had to unload all our things up the staircase we had to make multiple trips to bring our things up. They gave us a room that had just begun to get cleaned. So we had to move our stuff to another room. Then we find out its not the room we reserved. The jacuzzi was super dirty. The staff was friendly but too unorganized.

Stayed here twice in the past month. Clean rooms, free water bottles in the rooms, and quiet. One of the bell hops, Jonathan, was very welcoming and helpful. Parking lot is a bit small, but parking was always available while there. Breakfast buffet is not included/free with your reservation. Highly recommend staying here.
