"Enjoyed our stay "
Nice location, easy parking. We enjoyed the food, and a very nice breakfast buffet. The toilet seat in the bathroom was off the base..(we fixed it). We didn't have enough water glasses for all the guests. We still enjoyed our stay, because there was nothing that we couldn't live without. The staff were so nice that I'm sure if we would have informed them, they would have more than accommodated us. Thank you.

"True to the reviews...."
We decided to stay here because of the reviews. Clean, plenty of towels, and comfortable mattresses. Yes, the facility is dated. We knew that going in. We decided saving money was our immediate concern and with the consistent reviews we'd chance it. It was as stated. I was concerned about the bathroom floor because it had a glitter texture and I felt concerned about how they could keep it clean. The bathtub was dated and the grouting of the tub to the walls was done in a fashion I again had issues on how it could be kept clean even though it looked clean. The tub was dated and yellowed. We only stayed one night so I decided to wait until our next hotel to shower as I'd showered at the State's hot springs facility. Water pressure was good and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of tv stations and the internet was steady. It wasn't high speed but was adequate to do what I needed to do and wireless so I could hook up my phone to my trip routing planner. We slept well. It was quiet and we were comfortable. The mini fridge made our bottled water for traveling icy cold. For the rates it was a comfortable stay. The woman in the office was friendly. I would recommend this property for those wanting to save money on a budget. If you want new or shiny and are willing to pay a premium this is not the place. We would stay there again being that it filled our needs.

"Awesome"
This is probably the neatest place we have ever stayed. It is beautiful building that is about 100 years old and used to be apartments for patients at the nearby hospital that has since been taken. It is close to the Wyoming Bath House and the state park. We walked to the state park which adjoins the grounds of the motel. You can walk along the river and around the pools where the hot springs form their structures and go into the river, think it is the Big Horn River but I could be wrong. There is a walking bridge over the river that is very neat but does sway and bunch when you walk on it. It wasn't a cheap motel but I highly recommend it and plan to visit this place again. The one drawback I noticed is that they only have two tables to eat breakfast on. Although you can sit on the chairs and watch TV while you eat. The breakfast was good and they had BACON!

"Excellent little motel!"
Great hotel! Susan was incredibly accommodating, arranged a late check-in for us, answered our questions about the area, and has some adorable dogs! The rooms were clean and the beds were quite comfortable! The only thing I'd change is to have a cover around the fridge as it periodically makes noise at night (kept me up for ~10 minutes before it turned off).

"Neighborly nook"
Friendly owners, dog lovers, smoke free , quiet, great freezer/fridge. All in the middle of updating rooms. Needs light in shower stall and a stability bar. Sheets and towels spotless. Bed supportive and new. I liked it and I'd stay again. Even my dog gives it a thumbs up. Lovely owner!

"Last minute booking"
We booked while on the road. Didn't realize it wasn't in Wordal where we planned to stop. Called because there was some confusion as to how late could check in. Lady who answered my call was very friendly and helpful. We got there right after she was supposed to leave to find she waited for us. We truly appreciated that. Yes the place needs some updating but it was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Thermopolis is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Thermopolis, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Thermopolis hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
