Is there anyway I can get compensation since I wasn’t happy going there. The room was opened before we get inside the room. The bathroom floor was flooded when we took a shower. Also. Why was I charge $20.00 for extra people? Please advise

The night staff were tooo concerned with their Cell phone as well as when asked to have guest who did not have a disable placard to move their vehicle the staff did not do anything to fix this problem the area did not have charging for EV at all which was mis representation when we were looking for a hotel with EV charging station had we known there was not EV charging would have gone to a different location

Staff can be more attentive and polite. Room needed to be properly cleaned and sanitized. So much dust and bathtub was clearly painted and not kept up. Hot water turned colors. You could hear the outside noise in the room.
