Very helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond. Rooms were quite vintage but offered a unique touch. Very convenient location right in front of bus stop and next to metro station. Shopping streets nearby. Would stay here again!

The staff were relatively friendly. The room was not very clean, dusty and missing items like the bathmat. The carpet was dirty and I found trash in certain corners of the room. My coupon of breakfast went missing for the second day. The breakfast buffet selcetion was decent. Also the staff enter your room multiple times to 'clean' and leave food. Conveniently located close to everything.

This is a nice hotel. The room was clean and of a good size, and I liked the hotel's interior design and decor. There is even a nice breakfast on the floor below the lobby. The location is across from a park and close to shops and a metro station. My only complaints are that the traffic noise was loud from my room, and the curtain was thin, so when it was closed it still let a lot of light in.

4.5 stars. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Every day, the staff would leave a plate of fruit and cookie for me. They also left a basket of snacks when I first checked in. I had a great stay! One negative was the shower door didnt close tight so water leaked out into the floor into the other drain.

The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is very nice. I stayed in two rooms. The first room had a very strong damp carpet smell. Not pleasant as a guest. Otherwise happy.
