Bugs stains and a side of mold

Checked in, opened the door, and instantly got hit with the smell of cigarettes, pee, and mold. Not “a little musty” but full-on gas station bathroom meets ashtray I was gagging it was so bad!!!!. There were bugs in the room, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The shower curtain looked like it had survived several crime scenes. I asked to change rooms and the front desk guy said there was nowhere to move us. I asked for clean sheets and he told me to bring him the dirty ones first. Sir, I am not about to walk through the lobby carrying biohazard linens like it’s laundry day. When we decided to leave, he asked me not to write a bad review and refused to give me a full refund. We packed up and left immediately. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Checking in was okay but it was limited parking a lot of the times. The bed was hard as a rock and super uncomfortable woke up everyday with back pain. The pillows were super thin had to go to target and buy pillows. No staff ever around to come and check or clean. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I had reserved an ADA accessible room weeks in advance and when I arrived they had given it to someone else. This was inexcusable and I had to look for different accommodation at 8:oo at night.

The room was super clean. Staff very polite. The jacuzzi tub was clean and ready to go. Complimentary waters, soda, and bath bombs for the jacuzzi, courtesy of the hotel. AC was good. I have no complaints. Will stay again for the winter months to enjoy the Pocono Mountains.

This place was absolutely disgusting. Looks nothing like the pictures they post in their website. The room was smelly and dirty. The noise level from outside was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable and we were so grossed out that we left around midnight. I couldn't wait to get a shower after leaving. Absolute rip off of almost $200. At least be honest about your place and don't misrepresent yourself. I will not be staying again or recommending to anyone.

The property was right off the highway, and while it was clean, the smell of cleaning products was very strong and gave me a reaction. The facilities were worn for wear, like the main door didn’t close without great effort. People were outside in common areas smoking and hanging around.
