Hotel was very clean and quiet. I loved it but their fees will keep me from returning. I stayed one night with a dog. $100 pet fee then an ADDITIONAL pet cleaning fee on top of that. That’s just too much. It was a nice hotel, but not nice enough to justify those charges.

Staff was very nice close to alot of restaurants and stores. Pool was good 😞the hot tub was not working but over all was a good trip and very enjoyable

Room smelt like mold and got a huge rain storm and water was running into the room pretty bad from the window seals leaking. Staff brought towels to me to clean up

Elevator was out of service. Had to take stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage. The carpet smelled very bad.

Cabin had mold in it, couldn’t even stay because of the mold and how hot the room felt. There were restrictions on changing the A/C in your cabin. Also the door didn’t lock so my family didn’t feel safe here, definitely not worth the money.
